What is HME Relay Return Policy?
For most of the products, we offer a 15 day return policy. All of the returns need to be authorized by HME Relay. Restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25%. Once the item is received back, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. An RMA is required on all returns.
Return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.
If the reason for your return is a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as full amount of your payment, once your return is processed.

How to make sure we can exchange or refund your item ?
- Item must be returned in original packaging and to be unused.
- Please don’t assemble or modify a product before returning. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide a refund.
HME vendor’s Return Policy
When you order from a HME vendor that fulfills and ships its own inventory, your return is sent back to the seller instead of HME Relay.com. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller’s profile page.
